TOWN OF AUBURN CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE RENEWAL PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Auburn Select Board, as cable television licensing authority under MGL 166A, s. 1, will hold a public cable license renewal hearing on April 10, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 104 Central Street, Auburn, MA as part of the Town’s cable television license renewal process concerning the proposed cable television renewal license for Spectrum Northeast, LLC (also known as Charter Communications). The purpose of the proceeding is to accept public comment on, formally consider, and possibly take final action, including possible approval of, the proposed final renewal Auburn Spectrum cable license. Public comment on Town renewal needs and the proposed renewal is invited. Copies of renewal documents and records are available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk. For further information contact Cable Advisory Committee Chairperson Bill Schiebler c/o Town Hall. The hearing may be viewed in Auburn on Charter’s Auburn Channel 192. CHARTER – TOWN OF AUBURN, MASSACHUSETTS RENEWAL LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Cable Television Renewal License Agreement is between the Town of Auburn, Massachusetts, by the Town’s Board of Selectmen as the Town’s statutory cable television license Issuing Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuing Authority” and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee.”
