Preliminary site work and preparation began on Pakachoag Hill in February of 2011 on the construction of the new $4.3 million recreation complex. A generous donation of $1 million from Dr. Arthur and Dr. Martha Pappas spearheaded the project. Through a competitive bid process, Quirk Construction Corporation of Georgetown, Massachusetts was selected as the general contractor. The building's contractor was MCM USA, Burlington, MA. Public Works Director and Town Engineer William Coyle was the project manager with assistance from Assistant Town Engineer Joanna Paquin. The project was completed in June of 2012.
The Dr. Arthur and Dr. Martha Pappas Recreation Complex is a 20 acre complex which consists of five playing fields (two artificial turf and three sod), a concession stand, and a spectacular performance pavilion. This magnificent facility is able to host youth sports, family recreation and cultural events for all ages. Specifically, the facilities include:

Fuller Field (Little League) Baseball Field
